      Diese Gärtasche ist unter anderem für den Einsatz in Werner Pfleiderer Haton BIP 72 (E) Gärgeräten geeignet.

      Die Tasche besteht aus einem Kunststoffrahmen und einem Polyethylennetz.
      Es passt für WP Haton Intermediate Gärschränke mit einem Schalenlochdurchmesser von 193 mm.

      Der Rahmen dieser Tasche besteht aus einer Verbindung, die den Rahmen flexibler macht.
      Dadurch können Sie den Rahmen einfach zurückschieben und so die Tasche problemlos vom Fachloch wechseln.
      Dadurch sparen Sie Zeit beim Auswechseln Ihrer Taschen zum Reinigen oder Ersetzen.

      Das offene Netz sorgt für eine hervorragende Luftdurchlässigkeit rund um den Teig.
      Das Design der Taschen sorgt für verbesserte und hervorragende Reinigungsergebnisse.

      Verfügbare Farben.
      Dieser Nylonkorb kann mit einem standardmäßigen BLAUEN Rahmen in Kombination mit BLAUEM Netz bestellt werden.
      Alternativ kann die Tasche mit einem weißen Rahmen bestellt werden, kombiniert mit entweder weißem oder blauem Netz.

      Verbindung.
      Die für die Herstellung des Rahmens entwickelte flexible Mischung enthält mehrere Zusatzstoffe, die für eine langlebige Tasche sorgen.
      Einer der Zusatzstoffe ist ein UV-Blocker, der die UV-Strahlung der im Gärschrank installierten UV-C-Lampen blockiert.
      Der UV-Blocker verzögert die Versprödung des Harzes mit der Zeit und verlängert die Lebensdauer des Taschenrahmens.
      Ein weiterer Zusatz sorgt dafür, dass die Farbe so bleibt, wie sie ist, er verhindert ein Ausbleichen der Farbe.

      Reinigung.
      Die Taschen lassen sich leicht mit einem einfachen, milden Reiniger reinigen.
      Unser Rat ist, dies regelmäßig und vorbeugend zu tun!
      Ein milder Reiniger kann den Schmutz einfach lösen und anschließend abspülen.
      Reinigen Sie die Tasche, bevor die Verunreinigung zu lange sitzt, zu hart wird oder zu lange Zeit hat, in den Kunststoff einzudringen.
      Als Reiniger können Sie sich eine Lösung aus grüner Seife oder den täglichen Reiniger für die Küche vorstellen.

      Das Erwärmen der Reinigungsflüssigkeit unterstützt die Wirkung der Reiniger.
      Hinweis: Die Temperatur darf 55-60 °C nicht überschreiten!
      Dadurch soll verhindert werden, dass das Netz unter dem Einfluss zu hoher Temperaturen schrumpft.

      The materials used for the frame and the inlay.

      The frame

      The raw material used for the nest frame is a plastic developed specifically for its application: direct contact with wet and oily dough. The surface of the frame has a somewhat greasy texture, which makes it difficult for dirt to adhere in everyday use. Because it adheres less, any dirt can be easily removed during cleaning.
      The resin is made with a standard UV stabilizer that makes it resistant to UV lamp radiation.

      An additional UV stabilizer improves the resin’s ability to resist UV radiation. The entire additive package is stabilized by adding additional additives that, for example, prevent the white frame from yellowing after years of use.
      The UV stabilizer extends the life of the nest by preventing the plastic from becoming brittle.

      Available frame colors

      The frame is available in white, blue, and yellow. However, for orders of 500 or more, we can manufacture the frame in any custom color.

      Metal Detectable
      The frames of all our large nests are also available in a metal detectable version. We offer two colors: BLUE and WHITE/GRAY.

      The frame material is always made of food-grade plastics, certified for direct contact with food.
      This also applies to the mesh and felt used in our pockets and baskets.

      The mesh we use for our pockets is always made of food-grade plastics, certified for direct contact with food.
      This applies to both WHITE and BLUE mesh.

      Which inlay types are available, where do they differ and what is their application

      Our pockets come with different kind of inlays: various mesh types and felt:

      1. Open Mesh type, code 95020. Available in White and Blue.
      2. Fine Mesh type, code T200. At this moment available in white only.
      3. A mesh type between meshes 1. and 2: code T420. At this moment available in white only.
      4. Needle Felt. Available in white color.

      Ad 1. Open Mesh type, code 95020 – WHITE. All our larger sized pockets are executed with type 95020 mesh.
      Due to the configuration of yarn diameter and mesh width, the mesh is fine enough to avoid the dough from sinking inside the maze during proofing time.
      Once the dough is inside the maze it causes the dough to stick to the mesh. At the same time the mazes are that wide that air circulation is optimized,
      and therefore provide perfect proofing conditions.

      Type 95020 is our standard mesh type, executed in white color and is used in all our larger pockets.

      Ad 1. 1. Open Mesh type, code 95021 – BLUE. In addition, we offer a Blue
      version of the type 95020 mesh. In the unthinkable situation that fibers come loose from a broken yarn, a blue fiber will be
      found more easily on the dough, rather than a white fiber, simply because no other ingredients in the bakery process are blue-colored.
      Since blue is an uncommon color for dough / bread pieces many items in bakeries are already, where possible, made in blue colored materials.

      Ad 2., 3. and 4. These inlay materials are mainly used in our smaller pockets (or cups) that are mounted in Kaiser and other small bread
      intermediate proofers. Fully dependent on the type of dough and the proofing/resting time inside the pocket, you can choose from one of these mesh options.

      Food Grade Materials: All our pockets and cups are made from Food Grade material and are meant to come into direct contact with food stuffs.

      Increased volume for extended proofing time For some reason you may want to extend proofing time.
      Longer proofing implicates an increased dough ball volume. The increased volume requires the pocket’s bowl to be larger as well.
      For extended proofing time we offer all our larger pocket models in a “deeper mesh” execution.
      Please contact us in case you have a requirement for a deep-mesh pocket.
      Already available for, for instance Gefra, Ter Haar, De Ridder, Van Dijk, H2A intermediate proofers.
